THE PALACE OF THE PRINCESS
Beside the Temple of the Sun is a two-storey building known as the Palace of the Princess, also sometimes referred to as the Temple of Pachamama. Bingham described the external wall here as “the most beautiful wall in all America.” Once again, there are tall niches for offerings and the base of the rock forms a kind of cave that Bingham called the Royal Tomb even though no human remains were found here.
